Emergent Bilinguals

Palms hosts the Language and Literacy in English Acceleration Program (L2EAP) and the Mainstream English Program. L2EAP is designed for Emergent Bilinguals (EBs) and the Mainstream English Program is designed for English speakers and EBs with reasonable fluency. Both programs have the goals of English and academic proficiency through instruction in the CA content standards in English. Below are the dates for our English Learner Advisory Council (ELAC) Meetings.
